I grew up in the foothills of North Carolina.
Both my parents being bluegrass musicians and teachers, I guess it was in my dna to become a musician and teacher myself.
I've been teaching for over 15 years and love every second of it.
I teach the Earl Scruggs 5 String Finger Picking Method.
The banjo can be a difficult instrument to learn but with the right teacher, the learning process can be fun and enjoyable so that you will continue to progress until you reach your full potential.
I keep lessons fun and upbeat so students will look forward to lessons and practicing at home.
I also teach guitar, bass, and drums.
